A residential project centred on a restored historic film-studio pavilion. A contemporary sixteen-storey residence sits beside the preserved building, bringing new homes to a culturally significant Tbilisi address.

A film-making landmark
For nearly eight decades the pavilion was used by the first Georgian Film Studio. The source identifies Keto & Kote and Magdana’s Donkey among films associated with it.
A new chapter
The pavilion is planned for preservation and rehabilitation as a cultural and lifestyle venue. A sixteen-floor residential building rises alongside it, with 216 private residences across the project.
