The investment routes.

Start with the structure. Then compare the complete commitment.

National Development Fund

USD 230,000

Published contribution threshold, with processing, due-diligence and other fees to be added for the family.

Approved property

USD 300,000

Qualifying real estate must be held for five years. An ordinary open-market purchase is not automatically a programme investment.

University of the West Indies

USD 260,000

A route for families of six or more, with processing fees included in the stated contribution. Other applicable fees still require a family quotation.

Family composition, required visits and renewal conditions belong in the initial comparison, alongside the headline contribution.

Your family. Your priorities.

Make the decision personal.

Begin with the places you want to visit, where you may want to live and who you want to include. We organise the questions that determine whether this route belongs on your shortlist.

Your assessment should cover

  • Nationality and current country of residence
  • Spouse, children and other proposed dependants
  • Source of wealth and source of investment funds
  • Investment, government and professional fees
  • Holding periods, visits and long-term obligations

Before you choose.

Is the headline amount my total cost?

No. It describes the stated investment or contribution route. The proposal should separately show government fees, due diligence, professional work, document costs and family-related charges.

Can any property qualify?

No. Some programmes require a specifically approved development; others impose valuation, title and holding conditions. Ask for a review of the exact property and ownership structure.

Will citizenship change my tax residence?

Citizenship, immigration residence and tax residence are different questions. Your personal tax position needs an assessment of where you live, work and hold interests.

Who approves the application?

The relevant government authority. Tengri Estates coordinates the agreed advisory scope and specialist support; we do not issue passports or guarantee an approval.
